Like I think if you're in a band, one of the things that is a positive about the government banding system that there are people in a private sector setting who would appreciate is the level of transparency, transparency around what you can be paid and how to get there.
Yeah, and if anything, there's a big push towards having more businesses outside of government with that sort of transparency.
Sure, everything has its pros and cons.
You can be in a band in government and be stuck there if you're not willing to do anything to move to the next band.
But I think it's more of a if you're struggling with the idea of the system being banded and you can't just walk up to your employer and say, hey, I want another 50 grand because they'll turn around if they're in government.
Yeah, that's not how our system works.
That happens.
Possibly, yeah, if you want to run your own business and bring with, you know, set yourself up with a clinic, but then there's a whole conversation that comes with that, right?
Yeah, and there's a whole bunch of other pros and cons that you need to consider, like what is most aligned to you.
Yeah.
And the other thing that came from the data was not just changing employers being a way to jump your salary but becoming a people leader, becoming a manager.
