have little moments of self-doubt creep in, but I like to do something called a resiliency plan for those moments and having that developed before it happens.

I don't want to feel anxious.
I don't want to start my day off like that.

I'm going to move my body.
I'm going to go exercise because that always helps me reset.
And so having that plan as well for what am I going to do in moments of doubt?
