Okay, so for those that are hearing Gen Z has the highest anxiety out of generation, out of any generation for the nth time, I myself am one of these people.
What does your study do to actually help us understand why this is happening?
Of course, phones is what I talked about in your intro here.
Tell me about how that's working.
Why is it that screen time is causing more anxiety?
So social comparison, especially on the internet where anyone can post their life is not realistic, is something that you compare yourself to, but it's not even attainable.
And on the other hand, it's this outrage machine.
These are the perfect recipes to cause anxiety.
Is this the way that Gen Z is overwhelmingly using their phones when they report high anxiety?
If someone, perhaps a young adult, is listening and thinking, I don't want to use media this way and feel this way, but also is thinking, I can't just quit social media.
