I want to say I moved last year and we bought a new mattress and I'm thinking in my head, like, I don't like firm mattresses.
Maybe I should have checked out wherever you went and maybe I didn't buy the right one.
I don't know.
So I guess this challenge is a classic marketing instinct.
What is the classic instinct?
What was the thinking before your research challenged it?
Are there particular product categories where this kind of dissuading a certain group of people might work well or doesn't work well?

Are there any others?
Could this backfire in any ways?

For someone who runs a business, perhaps a small one or a personal brand, any big takeaways here?
How might you get them to rethink the way they market their product?

Thanks for sharing your research with me.
And maybe at the break, you can tell me about that mattress brand you were shopping for.
