Okay, we are going to take a little visit back to a case we've already talked about a couple times.

It is the Anna Kepner case, which is ongoing.

If you don't recognize the name, let's just do a little refresher.

This happened back in November of 2025, so it's not too long ago, but this was the 18-year-old cheerleader, Anna Kepner, who was murdered on November 7th of 2025 aboard the Carnival cruise ship called Horizon.

Her stepbrother, 16-year-old Timothy Hudson, his name has now come out because he's now charged as an adult.

But if you remember, originally, they just called him TH.

Right.

So his name is Timothy Hudson.

He is accused of raping and killing her while they shared a cabin in international waters.

So the reason we're doing an update on this case is because it was recently just kind of all over the news.

There are lots of articles that came out.

There was a recent hearing in this case where the prosecution made a motion that he should be detained because I don't know if you know, but ever since this has happened, he has been living with his maternal uncle.

He is a minor.

He's 16 years old.

They didn't hold him.
