So then when he was indicted by a grand jury, he was indicted as an adult.

So now he's in the federal court system.

Well, he's not.

So he just went to a hearing.

This was just happened recently.

And this is what all the buzz has been about.

And this is why I wanted to do an update episode on this, because I think a lot of people were confused as to why the judge did not detain him.

He is still living with his uncle.

So he was originally charged as a minor.

This is back in February of 2026.

Timothy Hudson's case began moving from

from the juvenile court to the adult court on March 10th of 2026, judge Beth bloom ordered the transfer of him being within the juvenile system to adult prosecution, which prompted a federal grand jury indictment.

Then on April 13th of 2026, he was formally indicted as an adult on charges of first degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse.

He has pleaded not guilty to both those charges.

They shared a cabin.

And also she had a half brother that also shared the cabin who I believe is 10 years old.

So the three of them were sharing a cabin as a parent.
