So she says that emails are seen as still the royalty of professional communication.

So I'm assuming emails is King Charles and then like Slack and Teams and stuff is Prince William and then WhatsApp is Prince Harry.

Oh, maybe like, I don't know, Facebook Messenger.

Yeah.

So Jenny says, the sign-off is the last thing someone reads in your email.

It can really determine how they feel about the email and therefore affect the response you get.

So she's given us a list of nine things we should stop saying at the end of our email.
