And they may think that somebody else is handling it.
But actually, you don't have to say what the issue is, but to say, you know, I've struggled too.
To not judge, I think, is important.
But when it's a loved one, it is hard not to give advice.
So we as Samaritans are trained.
We don't give advice.
We can support you and explore your feelings and emotions, but we don't give you.
