Because, and here's one of the things that I love to talk about all the time, that as a woman in a leadership position, we always envisage that we need to have the answers to absolutely everything, that you need to be the best.
And actually you need to be great at what you're great at.
And then you need to find all of the people around you to do and execute the rest.
What you are is just an excellent leader.
You're an excellent CEO.
It doesn't mean to say you need to be, you know, you don't need to do the books.
You don't need to do the finances.
You don't need to do the visual.
You need to have the vision and tell everybody where to go.
