And I was having such a hard time with it.
And my mom was like, you cannot do this.
You can't do it.
Turn off your notifications.
Like, you should delete Instagram for a few days.
And I think I did that for a while.
I'd go into posts and then I'd delete the app because I...
I didn't know how to handle it.
