And it's like, I've gotta do that again.
You know what was mak makes me laugh about this a lot of primary schools over here have a mixed stage class, so they'll have two year groups in one class.
And I taught for twenty one years in those sorts of setups.
you can bypass some of that because you still have some of your original class left.
You've still got some of the older children who are the role models.
So the rate at which your younger children get used to those classroom norms and routines is so rapid because you've got another 10, 15 children modelling those things for them.
So it's one of the reasons why mixed age sometimes gets a bad rap, but in terms of supporting those younger learners, it's absolutely brilliant because you've got those older children there with you as almost like
many representatives of that's see that that's how we put the books away.
I'm a rebel Tom.
If I went back into headship now I'd mix them up on purpose.
Outrageous I know.
Rebel ideas here, but I would.
