So it's a long journey with a lot of hiccups.

My first book was Practical User Research, How to Integrate User Research to Your Product Development, which I published in 2020.

And this one is a bit different because the UX research powerhouse is more about leadership, how to have impact, how we can really have a seat at the table and how we need to change a way of thinking and behaving in the organization.

Because the thing is, every time when I was working in different organizations, I was always the most senior researcher in the organization.
