And I think she was 17, 18 at the time.
And I'd never seen an actor like that on stage.
It really sort of shocked me.
I thought, oh, my gosh, she's an absolute star.
And then we just had to find the guy.
And Pat Kiernan, who you know at the time.
So Pat said, listen, Pat was away.
He said, check out this guy.
He's in Sons of Mr. Green Jeans, the band.
and the lead singer, and I sort of met him in the English market and then brought him back to the office and he read the script, read a couple of things for me.
And I was like, oh, my God, this kid, he's like, he's so good.
And it wasn't just the fact that he looked amazing.
He had a sort of aura and he had this incredible baritone voice even then.
Yeah.
And he's musical, you know, so you give him a sort of hard script to do.
And he sort of he treats it as music.
He's sort of like he's, you know, the patois that sort of Disco Pigs was.
