It's lovely to be here on such a sunny day.
So I'd like to read you a love poem which has me standing on a street near Christchurch in Dublin.
I'm feeling romantic today and looking back in time to the early days of when I first met my husband.

Paint over the smoke stains on the ceiling above your chair.
Lay fresh lino on the bathroom floor, a startling cobalt blue, blue as the ache of light on the sheet of glass, we'll heave days later up Climbrazel Street, such agony, mad notion of ours, to make a new-fangled table on the waiting trestle.
