Yeah, so the number one way we teach is to use passive leg raising and uh use antityl CO two nasal cannula as your tool.
Um have your patient semi fouler, legs down, document obviously blood pressure, heart rate is the key indicator.
And then you know, let's say antidial CO two is twenty.
uh and lift lift the legs, lay them down uh as they tolerate.
And uh we we've been teaching five points.
I uh you know do you have a change?
So if it goes from twenty to twenty five, they're volume responsive.
And then what we do is we have them guide uh fluid management with five hundred mils at a time and then reevaluate.
