all of those air agencies in those areas are doing figuristic lactates and they were really, really focused on antidal CO two as and adding those two surrogates to QSOFA or SERS and they were leading the way in in a lot of areas uh using those two numbers.

And then, you know, after the first hour, the other thing that you know I've I know I've been taught is really after the first hour, is there and I think Sepsis three or the uh surviving sepsis campaign in twenty twenty one came out with not really a benefit after the first hour.
Is that is that what you're seeing in teaching as well?
