bringing the most talented people to the table and now i think we're coming we're coming to a place where it's the most talented the smartest and the people with the best ideas whether you're black white male female asian doesn't matter i think we're finally to that point so white men became a very strong minority certainly in america maybe in in the called western hemisphere um

Because of the DEI push, and we realize that this is a moment in time because of Trump, basically, and because of the MAGA movement, it's more based on your success rather than the color of your skin or your gender.
