I mean, we've already had conversations in a previous Planning Commission meeting about smoke shops.
We're talking it about again.
What I would like to do is agendize a discussion on a Santa Clara ordinance regarding the distance between a smoke shop and anything that's youth sensitive use.
whether that's a preschool a daycare school but i think that's something that we should have discussion on i mean we've heard already 2 000 feet i know there's some cities in the area that also have this as a city ordinance and i think it's time that we should have a full discussion on it
and that means agendizing it.
