So to that extent, the the skills deficit is very like it shows up day one.

I don't know if this is a skill deficit, but the thing that I see a lot is the the
maybe it's skills deficit fatigue, like the learning fatigue, that over the course of a week or two weeks or a month, they become so drained and so exhausted that their skills diminish even more, because they're not used to being on their feet for eight hours, being at the bench for eight hours, making repetitive motions over and over again.
They're using minor muscle groups that they haven't used in fucking 15 years.
Um, and so, and so that skill deficit, like it's like the, I don't know, you guys have skied.
Yeah.
Yeah.
A couple of times.

Or many a time.
Yeah.
So as a person who has skied like five times in my life, I know quite well that like the first run down the mountain going to be fucking terrible.
Second one's slightly better than the first.
Third one's slightly better than the second.
Usually by the fourth or fifth, the regression starts to happen because now you think you know what you're doing, but your body's fatigued, right?
So the skills deficit, but also the muscle memory and the strength deficit.
