What I wanted to touch on was the feeling of being hungry, because that's interesting.
And I understand it's uncomfortable.
So everybody's physiology is different, right?
I'm a person that, uh, uh, from my perspective, thankfully puts on muscle pretty easily, but, um, getting super lean is a real chore.
And so at two different points in my adult life, I've been like, I'm going to, I'm going to get fucking cut and like get a six pack and it's exhausting.
It's fucking exhausting to get a six pack, unless you're just like naturally born that way.
Um,
And the feeling of being hungry was always a demarcator that like now this is a fine line because we can get into body dysmorphia and eating disorders very, very quickly.
