But in so far as where are the areas where I can't stand or can't stomach poor work, I think that's probably the reason I don't draw or sketch very much.
I can see a thing in my head and it's vague and it's imperfect and it's kind of cloudy, but it's an idea and it can be iterated upon.
And I'm not a good enough illustrator of ideas to draw it down and
and uh have it make any sense and look at the thing and think it can be iterated upon once it's down on the page it feels more permanent and it's also not good because i'm not a good illustrator and so i just don't draw it and i know i know the image can live in my head for a really long time without being adulterated so i just let it stay up there and i don't bother keeping a sketchbook hmm

All of us want to say something at the same time.
So I'm wondering, so I definitely was a procrastinator when I was a child.
Like I hated, it was the, now that you're painting it in like the emotional response way, that is interesting.
We've talked many times on this podcast that I was a terrible student.
I'm a slow reader, still am.
And I think the labor of how much energy it took
to do the homework, specifically reading homework, I would just not do it, and I would push it off.
But these days, I guess my question is, I'm curious, Sherry, how you would label this, because I don't think of myself as a procrastinator anymore.
The way that I have learned that I work, now,
one major caveat on this being like deadlines are still a very real thing.
And sometimes you got to just shut the fuck up and do the work.
