And it's, yeah, it's a five-day reading plan on rediscovering your joy in the workplace.
And so one of the things I talk about in there is, you know, perspective, place, people, you know, so there's all these different things.
So I think a lot of it comes back to taking a deep breath and understanding both sides of the equation.
Like there was a gap that existed that needed filled.
And I'm the one that chose to step in and fill it.
OK, so there's two there's two parts to this and I'm going to own it and say, you know, I'm going to raise my hand and go talk to somebody and say, hey, listen, like I'm enjoying this.
This is great.
But because I've chose to take it on, I'm a bit overwhelmed here.
Um, and, and, you know, how can we start to balance this out?
And I'm sure in your coaching, you've got plenty of conflict resolution.
Things are, you know, how to have some of these challenging conversations because that's the last part of it.

And unspoken expectations really turn into resentment.
And so I think having some clear communication after you sit down,
Look and see what part of this can I own?
You know, reconnect with what parts of it you joy, you have joy.
Cover the things that do bring you joy out of what you're doing and where you're doing it at and all of that.
And then go in and have that challenging conversation.
But now you're coming from a different place, not just a place of frustration, but you're coming from a little more settled place.
I don't know if that makes sense.
