Yeah, I agree.
And I think because of the fact that it's our reality, we believe it's everybody's reality.
Yes.
When in truth, the other person in the equation may not be aware of it.
And you may, you know, someone may go, yeah, but they should.
They should know.
Yeah.
Right.
OK, that's that's great and wonderful, but they don't.
And that's a whole different that's a whole different issue.
But so let's just let's let's focus on this one.
You know, let's resolve your issue.
And that's the priority of this.
Well, no, so this was something I saw summer after summer after summer at the camp.
And one of the unique things about being a camp director that I didn't realize until just recently was I had these 15 laboratories.
And at the end of the summer,
I got to sit back and ask myself, OK, what worked and what didn't and reinvent myself as a leader, you know, attend some specific types of conferences.
If there was something I had to work on, read some books, listen to podcasts eventually as podcasts started to become a thing.
And what was what was interesting is.
When I was towards the last half of the summer, I started to look for like, OK, who do I want to talk back or who do I want to talk to about coming back next summer as a supervisor, as somebody is in leadership?
