And then they would start verbalizing, but what if this happened?

What if this happened?

And it was just this little bit of a lack of confidence there.

But then also there would be times that I would, you know, okay, yeah, I'll do that.

And then we would get into the next summer and we would get partway into the summer and things would start to drop.

And I'm sitting there going, man, you're so organized.

And then I would say something, they're like, yeah, but I don't like it.

I don't like, I was doing it because it needed to be done.

I don't actually enjoy this kind of work.

Oh, well for me,

I generally am not going to volunteer for work I don't enjoy.

Exactly.

A lot of dudes like, you know, like I don't enjoy it.

Why am I going to volunteer to do it?

But because we don't have that in us.

And so I think part of it is if people see you doing something and they don't know you don't enjoy it,

then how else are they supposed to know?

And so I think that's part of that owning both sides of the equation, which is why, and for anybody out there that has the ability to do this, I strongly suggest people look into using the tool, the six geniuses of work,
