Like there's lots of, you know, Myers Briggs, this strengths finders, there's all these things.
what the six geniuses of work of value assessment shows us is the, there, there are six, you know, geniuses that they say, and two of them, every, you know, you're naturally, naturally gifted at two.
You're okay at two and two of them, you'd rather get hit by a bus.
Like, you know, that's where you are on, right?
And so when we put together a job description now, we identify, hey, we're looking for someone with tenacity.
We're looking for somebody with, you know, that's a galvanizer, meaning they like to bring people together and solve problems with a team.
You know, maybe we're looking for somebody that's, you know, has wonder or ideation or, you know, whatever it is.
The tenacity people, they love checklists.
Ooh, I love hiring somebody that loves a good checklist.
I love checklists.
That's me.
I love to create the checklist, but I'm not about to use the checklist the next week.
So I like to build systems, but I'm not great at following a system.
And so, again, you know, I got to have people around me that that that love to to do that.
So I think part of it is people identifying for themselves what's the type of work that
that I actually would skip to work if I knew I was gonna get to do it.
Like this is the type of work that brings me the most joy.
Not the tasks themselves, and the working geniuses does that.
