I get the impression, and I have respect for it, that he's trying to optimize every variable he can.

And he is, I want to say, one of the oldest lifters as well in the current crop of 93s who's at this level.

I want to say he's in his 30s, mid-30s maybe even.

There you go.

So I think the rest of them are late 90s or 2000s.

You know, if we talk about obviously LeBall, we've joked about his age multiple times, but it's not that much of a joke.

And so to see him, you know, dot every I, cross every T, not just at this competition, but in a lifting career to get to this point and not just get on the podium, but actually do silver against the most famous,

phenomenal 93 we have seen ever of all time at this stage.

Arguably, I think we were safe to say that is a true hats off to the dedication, time, delayed gratification effort and doing everything on and off the platform that you can to get there.

So, yeah, it was really awesome to see.

It was rough to see a mill just not be able to have the the ideal day.

Um, that, that he probably wanted to have, you know, not getting that third squat.

It was probably game over from there at that point.

Um, so yeah.

And, um, just rough out to be in, but, you know, I got a lot, a lot of love for a mill and, um, I, I think he's still definitely a threat and, um,

I think everything would have to go right and something's to go wrong for him to turn that around or to have come away with first on this day.

But I still do think his top end is close enough to keep Will Ball honest moving forward.

Finally, one other thing I've got to say.

And I know Matt will bring this up, but it was really tough to see.

I'm not 100% sure how to pronounce his name, but the Algerian lifter Nwari.
