Um and then as far as uh the uh the lifter from France, Ilium, not a lot of squats or bench press to look at.

But um last month, or I guess we're almost in June now, about a month and a half ago, uh 19th of April, he did 340 for a triple on deadlifts and it looked pretty damn solid.

Uh he's a big deadlifter, um, but not a lot of information on his squat or bench.

So if he's trending upwards, he could also be approaching that like nine third.

So now we're starting to get some some and uh Regan Stergakis is looking good.

So he did uh 330 um as well as a 242 and a half touch and go, um, both on the 22nd of May for a squat and a bench.

And he pulled equal to his platform best of 372 and a half beltless, which was pretty impressive.

Go.

Little bit of an inconsistent lifter, not not not terribly so.

Um, but I think he might be on track to potentially do his best.

The squat was hard, the bench was touch and go, but the deadlift was beltless.

And I don't think these were all necessarily the same day.

So it's obviously not gonna translate to the to the the like the if you add them all together and you think he's gonna total nine forty.

I'm not thinking that.

I'm thinking probably best case scenario in the 925 to 935 range.

So what we've got is basically a an Anatoly who, if he plays it smart, it's locked in second, an Anthony McNaughton who's got this locked up in first, a battle for bronze that's probably two ways, um, between sorry, a three-way battle between Regan, Alium, and Emil, and then potentially

Um seeing a Nathaniel Messiah do uh do something in the nine hundred to nine twenty range.

Um recent training in May is pretty similar to kind of his best on the platform, uh which is nine fifteen.

I would of course love to hear more about Nathaniel if if if Matt's got any inside baseball that he wants to share, um being a GB lifter, but I also understand if he does not want to share that.
