Like you said, using LinkedIn to find alumni and a few examples, not just taking the opinion of one person and let that be your reality, your perception of that school, but a few different voices, right?
That will give you more holistic.

And I do realize in doing your research that visiting campus in person, while that is a
Great way to really know the culture and the vibe.
You feel good there.
It is a luxury in terms of time and money to get there.
So the question I still get a lot, though, is do you think schools give any kind of preference or does that have a lot of weight if the candidate, the applicant has actually taken the time to visit?
It could be a cherry on the cake, perhaps, but it's not going to penalize anyone.
First rule of essay responses is answer the question.
There's two cases that I wanted to see if you wanted to address.
So for the schools, for example, INSEAD that has their fall and January intakes, if they've been rejected from September, can they apply for January, even though it's the same year?
