Like, you know, if you if you're doing a typical two-year American NBA, you have the internship over the summer where in September, just when you start, you're already looking for that summer internship.

Especially careers like investment banking, private equity, VC.

see like if you're not in that intern class, you don't have a job.

Uh there's some of the more competitive fields like that.

So it's super important.

The other thing I I think we should remind our listeners is that read the directions.

Schools are all all schools out there, whatever kind of school are tuned into that students are using AI and that's a good thing.

So they very likely have a policy about this and it's your job as an applicant to read that policy and make sure you follow the

instructions and their their policies.

If it's not immediately obvious in the admissions page of the of the website, I suggest looking in the school's code of conduct or conduct, or uh perhaps they have a a page that talks about plagiarism and and academic honesty and integrity.

It's often going to be in one of those places.

Because while schools most of the time these days in 2026-2027 admission cycle are saying it's not

What?

uh banned.

Um the policy can differ.

Sometimes you might have to declare it.

Uh there might be a box to check or within the essay itself.

I've seen different varieties of this.

So it's important to keep that in mind.

Uh for each school it's going to be a little bit different.
