Joy, you're one of the newest members, only joining, I believe, this year, and you've just experienced your first conference.

So what are some of your impressions of AGAC so far?

Yeah, absolutely.

And Arvin, I'm going to get to you in a second, but some of the things you guys are touching upon, like the relationships that we've built with them and the people who work at the schools have been wonderful.

There's also that kind of collective intelligence that we have when a question pops up or like Joy said, getting confirmation on something.

Um, yeah.

And, and so what I was going to say about Arvind is that like, he's someone who's particularly strong, I think at preparing his clients with video essays and something he actually made a post about on LinkedIn today or yesterday.

And, um, you know, I actually reached out to him, uh, the question about that.

And he was so generous with the information he shared.

And I see that time and time again, you know, it's really supportive and it makes us, it's like, if you hire an agate consultant to work with you throughout your MBA journey, you have an army of people behind you essentially, um,

And that's the culture that AGEC has created.

And it's really great that we're in our 20th year.

And I know our founders who we were honored to have with some of us, some of them with us last conference, to thank them for the organization they created that helps us all do our jobs better.

And to the point of supporting one another,
