I'll also add something.
I mean, you know, you guys know me, a pretty social friendly guy.
And I think people appreciate that close since they feel with me.
It is like a friendship.
You know, you get to know each other deeply.
And as much as I get to know them by what I call the storytelling interview in the beginning of the process, I share a lot about myself.
So it does feel reciprocal.
So they appreciate that.
They appreciate the fact that I push them.
The fact that I have a lot of insights like Travis, I think that would come from years of working with people at MIT and understanding what they may be flexible on.
Or maybe that comes from that collective wisdom that I was speaking about also.
But I think what maybe they appreciate the most is that I tell them the truth.
That when something is not realistic, that I'm not going to let them believe, you know, as I go for your dream, but let's, you know, have a couple of plan B, C kind of situation or where something is more realistic that they don't realize until you should do this.
And, you know, tell them when they're killing it and tell them when they're not hitting it, hitting the mark and that we need to work on that more, you know, and that trust that truth.
