it's a hard thing to think of.
And that's what I talk about in the book is my mother in the 90s, like four kids under her feet, you know, asking what's for dinner before they'd even finished their breakfast.
Like just that constant creative energy you have to put in every single day.
I think one of the best methods is to do a rotation of a dish.
Like it's, you know how handy it is to do a recipe that you know everyone in the house eats or like if you're doing a veggie version and meat version or whatever, just that kind of thing.
So finding those recipes,
that the kids love remembering asking them because obviously you want to cook for you but there's nothing worse than having to cook you know four different dinners in the same night or oh I don't like that you know so trying to find figuring out ways of like you know altering it's
Go back to the traditionals, the spag bol, the lasagna, if you have to.
You know, there's no harm in it.
Like, they're still delicious meals.

We had that with mashed potatoes and some sort of veg.
You know, it is the same as just grabbing the chicken breast, but it's just a little bit more elevated.
But yeah, there's loads of recipes in my book.
