Take me through, too, so compare, I guess, and contrast Krzyzewski and Majerus and other coaches in your life.

Now that you are a coach, what have you taken from them that you appreciate?

And then what are some things that you're like, oh, I don't really want to do?

Well, I mean, we got to play each other once in the morning and the mornings.

But you're a deadly three-point shooter in the context.

And that's what I think people don't understand is that jump from high school to college and then college to even Europe and then Europe to the NBA of how good these guys are.

Yeah.

in an NBA game, they're not allowed to take threes, but you go to practice and they don't miss.

They don't miss threes, but it's just a different.

Well, and you're often described as a really great player development coach, specifically with the bigs too, and a recruiter.

So what does player development look like at the college level at this point?

And then what is your role in that?

And like, what is your relationship with the players?

There's so much that I want to unpack here.

How does the BYU staff choose who you're going to go and recruit versus bringing in Coach Young versus bringing in other coaches of like, all right, you go get this guy because I don't think the whole coaching staff can go to everybody you're trying to recruit.
