I have a couple of questions from Doug Meacham.

Yeah.

He had some really good things here.

But one of his questions is, do teams generally take on the personality of the point guard leader, their big man leader, or can both successfully share that role?

Oh, that's a good question.

Yeah.

That's interesting because his follow-up question for that was that if you were building a team from scratch, would you prioritize finding a point guard leader or a big man leader?

And as a big guy, my assumption was like, oh, he's going to say a big man leader.

Mine would be point guard, 100%.

That's awesome.

Another question from him is, throughout your playing and coaching career, what are some things that you have grown to see that used to be big rocks or big things that you took –

or were bigger than maybe they need to be.

And now you see them as, oh, those aren't that big of a deal.

And then the flip of that, what used to be like, oh, that's not that big of a deal, but it really is.

I think you mentioned like recovery, right?

Recovery is one that as a player you really learned to.

Yeah, that's an interesting balance to deal with as a coach and player of there's this chaos creativity aspect within a structure.

There isn't a method to their madness.

It's not just everyone's running around as fast as you can.
