So I think that's a tough balance to you of like how do you hold your teammate your team accountable.
Yeah.
But also in a way that everybody is still on the same page and not fighting each other.
It's so interesting too, the the motivations behind those three groups, right?
Of players, parents, admin, and then in the coach throw in the coaches, right?
Of you would think we all have the same goal in mind of winning a state championship, which I think we all do, but then it's like how you get there.
Everybody has their opinion on how you can get there and get through all that.
Do you think that you mentioned your careers kind of in sales and entrepreneurship?
Do you think that that has helped you with those hard conversations?
Because I'm kind of a people pleaser.
Yeah.
And it's it those are hard and I've I've learned that I have to have those, but do you think there's a skill set or what advice would you give to those who are people pleasers that that don't like those tough conversations?
And it seems like I don't even know where I heard this, but in any sort of a disagreement, you people can either take that as a contest, like I need to win this argument, or you see it as almost like a knot and we're gonna untie this knot together.
Like it's a knot, it's not a deal breaker.
Like we can untie this together and talk through things.
And I I really like how that was phrased.
Take me through like again, going back to all right, you've got to in implement a new offense, a new defense, that it all of these procedures.
