For a high school kid and their parents and maybe high school coaches, what stands out to you as you're recruiting a high school kid that maybe most don't understand?

Well, and that's such an interesting thing that I think you get to balance is the idea that you might have some kids that are coming here to play college basketball and they want to stay here and they love it.

But you also might have kids that are coming here as hopefully a stepping stone to a D one program or a bigger program.

So how do you approach that whole conversation and that selling point to the guys you're trying to recruit?

And it seems like that's another challenge that I guess you have to tackle is the idea that it to build a culture, sometimes that takes time and you're shrinking that into okay, maybe it's a year or two.

And then also how do you balance, okay, a player is coming in here wanting to make that jump, you're going to get more attention if our team wins than if you have individual stats and we lose.

Does that make sense?

Yeah, 100%.

Do you think that that's consistent from high school trying to get college attention and then college trying to get maybe the next level pros attention as well?
