I want to emphasize that because I'm going to make you kind of not brag about yourself a little bit, but take us through the mindset of somebody who you are the Gatorade player of the year, uh, you're especially your senior year.

I mean, there's so much attention and focus on you, and every team that plays you has to figure out how to stop you.

What is that like?

What is that for people who haven't been in that position, what is it like going into every game knowing that they are scouting you, they're gonna try to find your weakness and push on it as much as they can?

That's awesome.

Can you take me through what what did your outside of formal practice schedule in terms of training look like once you got to h high school?

And I wanna talk about this as you go through your career, but in high school specifically, what were you doing outside of formal practice?

Was it the same routine or would you do different things every time?

I so my dad and I did a very similar thing, right?

And so I still like I miss it.

Right.

It was almost like therapy for me of we didn't have to talk.

Like a lot of it was just so much of the ball bouncing, going through the rim, pass, because I just c we knew what we were gonna do that day.

And I've shared this a couple of times on the podcast of at that time I was a decent shooter.

And so peop my friends who didn't play would say, You're so lucky that you're a good shooter.

And I was like, luck has nothing to do with this.

And I think for you too, like nothing luck has nothing to do with that if it's the time and the reps that people don't see for that moment in the game that people do see, right?

And I think

That buzzer beater ha came from years of that happening over and over again.

It wasn't just that moment.
