CVS Health reversed a controversial decision to restrict it for certain drug plans.

A spokesperson says the change comes after Lilly agreed to cut the price it charges many health plans for Zetbound.

In July, CVS's Caremark drug benefit unit began restricting access to ZipBound because of a deal with rival Novo Nordisk that secured a better price for Wegovy.

A big casino merger is in the works.

Caesars has agreed to be bought by Fertitta Entertainment in a $5.7 billion all-cash deal.

It stands to form a massive entertainment empire in the U.S.

Houston real estate mogul Tillman Fertitta has pursued a merger of his casino and restaurant business and the Las Vegas company for years.

The plan would combine his Landry restaurants and Golden Nugget properties with Caesars, which owns or manages some 52 casinos in the U.S.

Lavrov published a statement saying he told Rubio that the Kremlin plans to continue heavy strikes on the Ukrainian capital, launching systematic and consistent strikes against facilities in Kyiv as well as against the relevant decision-making centers.

Lavrov also says he and Rubio discussed diplomatic initiatives to resolve the crisis in the Strait of Hormuz and the situation surrounding Cuba, with both officials agreeing to normalize the working conditions of Russian and U.S.

diplomatic missions in each other's territories.
