The DOJ said earlier this month that it was creating the fund as part of a settlement of a $10 billion lawsuit by President Trump against the IRS for the leak of his tax records by an IRS employee.
Critics have called it a slush fund for Trump allies, including people who participated in the January 6th Capitol riot.

That separates her from a growing number of policymakers who want the central bank to signal their next move is just as likely to be a rate hike as a reduction.
