Like you were saying, like, it's okay to want your business to succeed.
It's okay to want to make money off of something that doesn't... It's okay to charge for shit.
It's okay to be paid and remunerated for your services.
Men are very comfortable asking for what they think that they're worth.
And what do you think the reason for that is?
I think it's taught at a really young age.
I mean, we're all responsible now with daughters and sons to teach us, to teach our kids something different.
I don't have- Every woman, we like close the door behind us.
I'm getting all this credit for being healthy around my money mindset.
But it just made me think that when nobody wants us hit big, and then I was offered a bigger overall deal, my first thought was, I don't want my friends to find out how much money I just made.
You might as well take it.
Don't worry.
But it's not that I didn't think someone would be happy for me or anything like that.
It just felt like, I don't know.
It's easy to be happy for your friend when they're down or when they're struggling or they just came up.
But if they really come into money...
I don't know.
Maybe it shifts how people interact with you or how they feel towards you.
And I didn't want any negativity around it.
And so I kind of wanted it to be under the radar.
