And that goes down to your exercise, down to your work, down to obviously, you know, maintain as less stressful an environment as possible.
But, you know, for me, traveling is not stressful.
I get on a plane twice a week anyway, irrespective of work because my husband's based in Brisbane and I'm based in Sydney.
So things that cause stress for others don't necessarily cause stress for me.
I train pretty much every day of the week.
I'm kind of at about 70% at the moment though rather than like, you know, full ball.
But like that is what's normal for me.
I'm not starting running anytime soon.
But, you know, there's definitely something in that I think.
And for me, the mental trauma of the last five years, I needed to feel as quote unquote normal as possible I think just to get through the milestones because I've been expecting like looking over my shoulder at every turn that something is going to go wrong.
Every time I go to the bathroom, you know, you wipe and you're just so afraid that it's going to go wrong again.
So it's been the best thing for me to just keep at it, keep life as normal as I possibly can.
This has been easier than IVF for me because I don't have the mental load, the physical load of the hormones, the injections.
