which, you know, I didn't have and I had to find my own way.

And, you know, a lot of things that I had to say no to in my earlier years, in my early 20s and things to be able to afford to save and like investing outside of the areas that I live in because I couldn't afford the areas that I lived in, rent vesting, renting that out, having an asset that,

you know, was in a great area that's appreciated so much now.

It allowed me to get into the property market again, things that I didn't understand.

And also like Darren's first property, you know, watch episode one, but he did it with three other people, his partner and two friends.

And that's how they got in at 27 years of age.

And had he not done that, the Darren Palmer we know and love would not exist.

That's what started his whole journey.

It is a really difficult time.

And I think

you know, Australia is such a wonderful country to live in for so many reasons.

And I just hope we find a solution in a way that enables more Aussies to get into the market.

My husband and I have got a new project coming up as well, some townhouses in Brisbane as well, which is great.

So that's keeping us busy too.

But for me, just...

having my own live property investor experience, but then also like coming at it from the education of actually being a licensed agent now as well.

I feel like it's true.

But you know what it's like, the first time, you know, you ever step into a new field, they go, what would you know?

And I go, well, I know some things.
