And if you are someone who's lucky enough to not have experienced infertility, if you could just try and put yourself in their shoes and imagine what that must be like before you say something, just think.

Just think that little extra second before you say something can make a real world of difference.

I know how hard this day can be and I'm very much not celebrating this Mother's Day.

There's still a really long way to go, but my heart bleeds for anyone who finds this day particularly difficult, whether it's struggling to become a mother, having lost a mother or a maternal figure in your life.

There is so much going

love out there but there's a lot of hurt in a day like Mother's Day so I just say be kind give someone a hug who needs one and yeah just maybe think twice about what you say

as i said i'm not there yet but i'm a hell of a lot further along than i ever have been and my only wish is that anyone else who's also in the trenches finds a way to dig themselves out like i did as well so so much love to everyone who's going through it and thank you for letting me come and share the news on here this is honestly such an honor thank you for coming back and let's continue this conversation because it is an ongoing conversation and i fully acknowledge that
