We in MBLA we start with a team and typically take 'em all the way through.
So you see the growth of you know, the that throughout every single stage of their career, whether they start at high and maybe, you know.

So I don't really know how you I think you identify the best but you know there's a lot of a lot of kids with a lot of potential.
forward and we're about development so we're not expecting them to peak now but um we you can see potential enclosures but you don't at the end of the day you don't know.
