Um so yeah so we try to put 'em in an environment on a platform to
you know, to give 'em the best opportunities but we also have to be apparent at some point too.
I think first and foremost we surround ourselves with good people, good coaches that we trust, we believe in and that we're aligned with.
And I think that with us m meeting on a weekly basis in
being in conversations, um, the tough conversations, it whether we agree or don't agree on things, I think that at the end of the day we all have a lot of respect for each other.
Um and we all are at every single game together.
So we're supporting each other and
you know, somebody might be the driver in the game and um and then the rest of us are high fiving at all the kids and you know, giving 'em positive vibes because it's hard.
There's they put in a lot of work, a lot of effort and y you you need player people and coaches to be able to give 'em those criticisms but you also need um you know, others to be like, Hey it's a you're gonna be fine.
I don't know, I don't know.
Um I think I'm more involved in the girls side so I see what happens and the the women obviously are you know some of the best in the world.
Um and I think that one of the most difficult things is to navigate the US and every market is going to be very different and I think I feel like we often have people coming outside a market to try to make changes into something maybe they're not as familiar with.
And it creates a lot of frustration and um I don't know what the solve is but I think it's so the country's so big that it's hard to it's hard to navigate.
Um but it would be nice to have everybody kind of aligned and on the s on the same page because there are a lot of clubs that are doing it right.
Um there are a lot of coaches and um areas that
are doing things well.
I c I can't really s speak on the boys' side as much because I know there's two competing leagues.
I don't know what everybody's kind of doing but I think I've been happy with my son's development and his growth and obviously we see the the um
They grow up the men's game and I you know, they had a great run and it's hard for me to see people be so hard on them because I agree with that by the way.
Yeah, it's interesting because our goal has always been, you know, provide this pathway and um one on identity and how we wanna play and how we wanna do things and culture we wanna create, but also give these players opportunities and it might not always be the same opportunity.
