A lot of candidates who are all running are saying if you want the status quo and they, you know, they say status quo, you know, kind of thing.
They're saying if you're doing things the old way and expecting new results, you're kidding yourself.

Mike Bloomberg wrote a check for $5 million about 100 hours ago.
He threw $5 million into an outside spending group.
Another organization, I think it was the Apartment Association, landlords, they threw an extra $3 million in at the last minute.
I'm simply making the point, like, guys, this same $20 million you're aiming at Mamdani now, this $5 million you're throwing into it at the last minute, this $3 million, why don't you spend more time
sort of grooming a leadership class to run this city.
There are a lot of young people who want to be successful public servants.
They want to be politicians.
They're trying to get into the game.
They get no help from the county organizations.
They get no funding from the big donors.
