I can take the bet that with this team, I have a better chance of hitting my own performance incentives, which is why I think we both believe in performance incentives.
So I think the difference is not hard work.

In the end, particular corporate America is based on returning money to shareholders.
It doesn't care about anything else.
It cares about driving profits, which means growth.
