i think the technology is another interesting part the rise of on-site in the last 18 months has been so crazy you know two years ago talking about bringing your own gas gyms was a joke like jaguars and now they're sold out and you can't get them fast enough i think data centers really should have done a better job early on bringing their own power agree and not just self-serving their power
bringing power and bringing extra capacity back to the grid they're in.
Because so much of this grid strain we have is on the four or five hottest and four or five coldest days of the year.
Correct.
That's what wears out residential grids.
It's not the other 355 days of the year.
You can bring back, you know, 510 megawatts for every hundred you draw.
And suddenly you're a hero in that community, keeping the lights on after a storm.
Correct.
Most developers just waited until they were being held over a barrel to start doing that, and they could have been a lot more proactive.
But it came down to the dollars and cents, and that's where the pressure is helping.
I think the last thing I want to talk about that's a pretty fair critique is about time requirements.
They're kind of silly.
