Of the power story with data centers right now.
One of the trends that I always see, and this happens with any kind of real estate development, is there's far too much concentration to few places.
Like at this point, Northern Virginia is overdeveloped.
100%.
It just is.
And the next ad dissenter is going to be very marginal there, creating outsized impact on the grid.
And we've seen that with some of the changes like happened with Dominion and Rappahannock in the last year or two.
And those are good changes.
But there's just been this historical concentration in a very few markets.
It's a big country.
Oh, yeah.
Latency matters.
People used to treat quote-unquote flyover states as places you would never build.
It's like there's land there, there's power there, there's a tax base that's eager for you to be there.
Why are you forcing yourself to be the 900th facility in a heavily saturated market when you can move 60 miles, 100 miles, 200 miles down the road and be welcomed into a community that wants you?
And I think it's a very fair criticism people have is, if that community doesn't want you there, if the incentives aren't worth it, go to a community that does and stop picking a fight that doesn't have to happen.
They got some valid commercial reasons.
They have the money.
They have the technology.
