But it's the first time anyone's looking at the industry and it just breaks that sense of scale that people kind of intuitively have.

And I think the talking about them is what's important because –
You know, communities need to be able to go in and have these discussions and have it in an intelligent way.
Because if you're sitting there at a county commissioning meeting, you're sitting there talking to a developer and they're talking about apples and you're talking about oranges.
No one's going to figure anything out.
Correct.
They're going to want to continue doing what they were doing and you're going to want them to stop and no one's going to figure anything out.
And someone's going to end up really bitter about the outcome.
Right.
But in reality, both parties can win.
So that brings me to an important pivot with this.
I think in squaring the arena, we've introduced a lot of talking points that can sound pro data center because, I mean, the zeitgeist right now is against it.
But let's be real.
